A long-time vision has been realized with our updated ball handling training system. Along with the new technology comes a new tiered skill leveling system, not only for our ball handling stations, but for our entire 3-in-60 training model. These levels are designed to provide each member with a training program tailored around their current skill-level and their immediate needs as an athlete. While it is our recommendation that athletes do not go above their current level until they have mastered the training material, it is important for athletes to mix workouts of levels below them into their training. If someone is at the advanced training level, it is still very important to work on the fundamentals in the builder level.
How do I know when I am ready to advance levels?
Consult with a floor coach or trainer who is familiar with your skill level. In the coming months, we will introduce a revamped player evaluation that will assess your ability as a player in game-like settings.
