Ian Dean is the Owner and General Manager of Shoot 360 Charlotte, where his purpose is to faithfully steward the opportunity God has entrusted to him by serving the Charlotte basketball community with excellence, equipping and challenging athletes to reach their full potential both on and off the court, and creating an environment where families feel welcomed, valued, and supported.Basketball has been one of the greatest influences in Ian's life. After playing collegiate basketball at the NCAA Division III level, he discovered that his greatest passion wasn't just competing—it was teaching others and helping young athletes grow. For more than 20 years, he has coached players from the youth level through high school, building meaningful relationships while teaching the skills, confidence, and mindset needed to succeed both on and off the court. In addition to his work at Shoot 360, he continues to invest his time coaching AAU teams in the 2028 and 2030 classes.Ian earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and a Master's degree in Education, and he brings more than two decades of senior executive leadership experience to Shoot 360 Charlotte. His background has shaped his belief that great organizations—and great teams—are built on trust, service, accountability, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.As the owner of Shoot 360 Charlotte, Ian is committed to providing the Charlotte basketball community with an experience that goes beyond traditional training. By combining world-class coaching, innovative technology, and a positive, high-energy environment, he strives to ensure every athlete who walks through the doors leaves with greater confidence, stronger skills, a deeper appreciation for the game, and the character to succeed in life.Ian believes success isn't measured only by points scored or games won. Whether working with a beginner learning the fundamentals or an elite player pursuing college basketball, his goal is to help every athlete maximize their God-given abilities while learning the values of discipline, perseverance, humility, teamwork, and servant leadership.Ian and his incredible wife, Terra, have been married for more than 20 years and reside in Huntersville, North Carolina, with their three active children, ages 12, 14, and 16. As a husband, father, coach, and business owner, Ian understands the important role sports can play in shaping young people. His faith in and relationship with God and the unwavering support of his family are the foundation of his leadership and fuel his desire to serve others with integrity, compassion, and excellence. Terra Dean is a member of the leadership team at Shoot 360 Charlotte, where she is passionate about creating an encouraging environment that helps young athletes grow both on and off the court.A graduate of Grove City College with a degree in Education, Terra met her husband, Ian, while in college. She brings more than 20 years of experience serving children and families, most recently as a preschool director, where she developed a reputation for compassionate leadership, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to helping every child thrive.As a wife, mother of three, and educator, Terra's faith in God is the foundation of her life and influences the way she serves others with grace and purpose. She believes in the power of basketball to build confidence, character, and resilience, and is excited to be part of the Shoot 360 Charlotte family. Terra is dedicated to empowering every athlete to reach their full potential—not only in basketball, but in life.

Junior played high school basketball for West Rowan High School where he led the Falcons to a 61-0 record during his junior and senior year, winning back-to-back North Carolina state championships.  He was the 2003 Rowan County Player of the Year and runner up for North Carolina AAA Mr. Basketball.   After two years at College of Charleston, Hairston transferred to Towson University. As a senior Hairston led the Tigers averaging 13.0 points per game and 7.4 rebounds per game and finished the year with 60 blocks. Hairston was named an all-conference selection in both years at Towson and became the first Towson player to be named to the CAA all-tournament team. In just two seasons, Junior joined former Navy All-American David Robinson as the only CAA players ever to grab 21 or more rebounds in multiple games in a single season. After college, Junior played nine seasons overseas in Turkey, Iceland, Australia, Chile, Finland, and the Netherlands. He has since become an elite basketball trainer in the city of Charlotte, training elite AAU, NCAA and NBA talent. His passion, however is working with kids just starting to develop their basketball skills.

A Fayetteville, NC native and 1999 E.E. Smith graduate, Coach Steven Mims continued his playing career at North Carolina Wesleyan and Wingate University before earning opportunities to play professionally in Mexico and Germany.Mims began his coaching career at the collegiate level as an assistant at Fayetteville Technical Community College (FTCC). He later joined Fayetteville Academy, where in his first year coaching scholastic basketball he helped win a high school state championship as an assistant coach, while also leading the middle school program to a championship as head coach that same year.His varsity head-coaching career has included stops at Cape Fear Christian Academy, Fayetteville Academy and Kid Stars Rising (KSR), compiling an official 105–44 career record (.705). Along the way, Mims has earned multiple Coach of the Year honors, won conference championships and helped student-athletes continue their basketball careers at the collegiate level. He also spent four years with the John Wall AAU program, contributing through coaching, recruiting, training and player development.With more than 15 years in player development, Mims has personally trained high-major collegiate players who later became NBA Draft picks, while working with athletes from the youth level through college. His basketball experience also includes John Lucas basketball environments, Phenom Hoops, Top 80 and GetMeRecruited.Mims founded Next Level Assessments, an early basketball evaluation, exposure and videography platform that grew to more than 20,000 followers on YouTube, complemented by a basketball-focused Instagram audience of more than 9,000.At the center of Mims’ work is his faith in God. He believes basketball is a God-given platform to serve others and that developing an athlete should include skill, knowledge, discipline, accountability, character and purpose. He credits his family, coaches, mentors and athletes for helping shape his journey while giving God all the glory for every opportunity along the way.At Shoot 360 Charlotte, Mims’ goal is to bring that experience and purpose together with Shoot 360’s technology and development environment—helping athletes become better players, better thinkers and better prepared for whatever their next level may be.

Tim Winn is a 6x Hall of Famer and a proven leader in basketball development, with a playing career built on excellence, discipline, and an relentless commitment to getting better.
A 7-year professional player overseas and in the minor leagues, Tim earned CBA and ABA All-Star and All-League honors. At St. Bonaventure University, he was a First Team All-Conference and First Team All-Defense selection, leading the Bonnies to the NCAA Tournament in 2000 for the first time in more than 20 years.
Before college, Tim established himself as one of the most accomplished players in Niagara Falls basketball history. At LaSalle Senior High School, he led his team to four consecutive trips to the State Finals, including back-to-back championships. He remains the all-time leading scorer and steals leader in Niagara Falls basketball history.
His impact on the community extends far beyond the basketball court. Tim has been awarded the Keys to the City of Niagara Falls, and November 5th is officially recognized as Tim Winn Day in Niagara Falls.

Damier Pitts is a former Division I and 14-year professional basketball player with experience playing in Europe and internationally, including Italy, Turkey, Portugal, Finland, and China.Charlotte Christian and Hargrave Military Academy alum, Damier was part of Hargrave’s historic 30–0 National Championship team, the only undefeated team in program history. During his junior year of high school he was the #1 ranked player in NC. At Marshall University, 6th overall all time in assists and 13th all time in total points (1,549) he earned All-Conference Freshman Team, and was a Bob Cousy Award nominee.During his professional career, Damier became a scoring leader in more than five countries and won the Portuguese League Cup with Benfica in 2018.With six years of training experience, Damier has worked with players from age six through NBA-level talent, helping athletes develop their skills, confidence, basketball IQ, and overall game. Damier knows what it takes to compete at the highest levels and is excited to share his knowledge and expertise with the next generation to help others achieve their goals.

Darra Walker is a former collegiate basketball player, coach, and trainer dedicated to developing the next generation of athletes.Walker began her collegiate playing career at Harcum College (2014-2015) before transferring to Harford Community College (2015-2016). She later continued both her academic and athletic career at Livingstone College (2017-2020), where she studied Business Administration and earned Student-Athlete of the Year honors in consecutive seasons.Following her playing career, Walker transitioned into coaching at North Rowan High School (2022-2024) while simultaneously stepping into the basketball skill development space and learning from some of the top trainers in the Charlotte area. During her time with the program, she helped lead the girls team to a record-breaking season, finishing undefeated in conference play and capturing the program's first conference championship in over eight years. Walker's leadership earned her Conference Coach of the Year honors and Rowan County Co-Coach of the Year.She has since stepped further into the grassroots basketball landscape as Co-Director of Elite IQ Academy, where she is focused on building the program into one of the top AAU organizations in the Carolinas.Through training, mentorship, and program development, Walker is committed to helping athletes reach their full potential on and off the court. Her long-term goal is to continue impacting young players while working toward coaching at the collegiate level.

Javis Howard brings a unique blend of elite basketball experience, leadership development, and mentorship to Shoot 360 Charlotte. As a former collegiate and professional player, Javis understands what it takes to succeed at every stage of the game and is passionate about helping athletes maximize their potential.A standout player from Irmo High School in Columbia, South Carolina, Javis helped lead his team to a perfect 29-0 record and a South Carolina State Championship during his junior season. His success on the court earned him more than 25 NCAA Division I scholarship offers before he chose to attend Charleston Southern University on a full basketball scholarship, where he earned his Bachelor's Degree in Social Science.Following college, Javis continued his playing career professionally, competing in more than five countries and gaining invaluable experience at the highest levels of the game. His journey from highly recruited high school athlete to professional player gives him firsthand insight into player development, recruitment, and what it takes to compete beyond the high school level.Off the court, Javis has built an impressive background in leadership development, entrepreneurship, and personal growth. He has worked with individuals and teams to build confidence, strengthen leadership skills, improve performance, and develop greater self-awareness.At Shoot 360 Charlotte, Javis combines his basketball knowledge with his passion for mentoring young athletes. He is committed to helping players improve their skills, develop a winning mindset, and become the best version of themselves—both on and off the court.Originally from Tampa, Florida, Javis began his basketball journey in Columbia, South Carolina. He now resides in Concord, North Carolina, with his wife and their 5-year-old daughter.

CJ has been passionate about basketball since the age of five and has spent years developing his game through multiple AAU programs in the Charlotte area. He played varsity basketball at Sugar Creek Charter High School, where he competed for two and a half seasons before graduating, and has been training athletes for the past four years.Currently in his final year at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, CJ is pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources. His experience as both a player and trainer has fueled his passion for teaching the game and helping young athletes build confidence, improve their skills, and develop a strong work ethic.At Shoot 360 Charlotte, CJ is committed to creating a positive and encouraging environment where athletes can reach their full potential. His goal is to make a lasting impact on every player he works with by developing not only their basketball abilities but also the character and mindset needed for long-term success. And if you ask him who the greatest all-around basketball player of all time is, he'll confidently tell you it's LeBron James.

Meelad Doroodchi is a former NCAA Division III basketball player at Willamette University and played varsity high school basketball locally at Pine Lake Prep. He is currently a youth basketball coach and player development trainer, as well as a Senior Data Analyst at Lowe’s.Meelad’s experience as both a college player and coach has shaped his approach to player development, which focuses on helping athletes improve their skills, basketball IQ, confidence, competitiveness, and overall understanding of the game.He believes every player develops differently and focuses on creating purposeful training that translates directly to game situations. His goal is to help athletes become more complete basketball players while also developing the confidence, discipline, and mindset needed to compete at a high level.Meelad is excited to be part of Shoot 360 Charlotte, work alongside the coaching staff, and build relationships with athletes and families. He looks forward to utilizing Shoot 360’s innovative training environment and technology to help players continue developing and reach their individual goals.

Basketball has been the centerpiece of Thomas' life ever since he was young. Because of this, he learned that hard work, commitment, and patience are the keys to success in sports and in life. He played all 4 years on the varsity basketball team at both Zachary High School and Hopewell High School. He played AAU basketball for Team Loaded and YGLA in the Adidas Gauntlet. He came to Shoot360 to help boys and girls basketball players get better and grow every day.He is currently a student at Appalachian State University.

Will Harvey played varsity basketball locally at Hopewell High School and graduated in 2022. He is a versatile sharp shooting guard currently playing on the club basketball team at UNC Charlotte where he is also a student. He has been coaching and training at Shoot 360 for just over three years. He also has one year of AAU coaching experience. Will works at Shoot 360 because he enjoys supporting athletes in working hard to achieve what they want in the game of basketball. The game of basketball has been an outlet for him all of his life, and he has learned not to take the game for granted. He wants to pass on his love of the game to the next generation.
