Temporary Closure

Dear Shoot 360 Family,

As we all navigate through uncharted waters as it relates to the impact of the COVID-19 on our lives, we want to again reiterate at Shoot 360, the health and safety of our Members, Guests and their Families is our number one priority.

Unfortunately, based on the recent COVID-19 communications from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), along with both state and local government mandates, we are required to suspend member services indefinitely at all Shoot 360 facilities effective immediately.

We know that this is challenging time for you as well and filled with uncertainty as to when life can return back to normal. Because of this, we are going to automatically suspend all active accounts on April 1st and we will not be charging any suspension fees. This will remain in effect until we re-open as we as we are not certain, at this point, when that will be. We will stay in communication through email, our website and social media as more information becomes available to us. Again, there is no further action needed by you if your account is active on April 1.

Over the past few weeks, we have heard countless stories of our customers appreciating our hard work to keep athletes safe as well as show genuine concern for the well-being of our staff. As you know, we feel Shoot 360 is more like a family, and we continue to appreciate both the response and outpouring of support we have received from you as we all navigate this challenging time.
