Craig Moody - President & Founder

In 2012 Craig opened the first Shoot 360 location in Beaverton, Oregon. Craig’s passion, knowledge and experiences in the game have fueled Shoot 360’s progress in developing the most technologically advanced and immersive basketball training and competition experience in the world. Following Craig’s leadership and vision, Shoot 360 continues to test the limits of what technology and innovation can do in the world of basketball. Craig has been a successful business owner and entrepreneur as well as a head basketball coach and administrator at the collegiate and high school levels.

Terry Michaelson - CEO

Terry joined the Shoot 360 team as CEO in 2020.  Terry’s extraordinary reputation, experiences and leadership as Chief Executive Officer of  Portland Bottling Company and Craft Brew Alliance have been a major reason for Shoot 360’s impressive franchise growth and expansion. A strategic thinker and visionary, Terry has help set a course for Shoot 360 to grow and expand nationally and internationally. Terry and his family have been heavily involved in basketball for many years. Terry’s son Brian currently works at Gonzaga University as an assistant men’s basketball coach.

Brad Barbarick - Business Development Executive

Coach “B” came on board full time with Shoot 360 in March of 2022 and works with franchise locations on business development. Prior to his role with the business development team Coach B worked as Director of Coaching and worked in curriculum and coaching development. Coach B brings an extensive resume of coaching and teaching experiences to Shoot 360, including 25 years as the head men’s basketball coach at Concordia University in Portland, Oregon. Barbarick taught both undergraduate and graduate courses during his years at Concordia U. He has also been an athletics administrator serving as the Director of Athletics at Portland Community College.

Brad Butterworth - Senior Business Development Executive

One of the most versatile Shoot 360 team members, Brad, has served in a variety of roles with the company including Regional Manager, Director of Programming and National Director of Sales. Brad is currently a Senior Business Development Executive, working in all aspects of relationship cultivation and solidifying all logistical steps for new Shoot 360 franchises. Brad’s expertise and vision have been essential in Shoot 360’s successful  growth and expansion. Brad’s journey into the basketball tech training world began when he worked for 94Fifty as head of development. Brad is a veteran educator, basketball coach, and administrator, Brad has served as the head boys basketball coach at Dana Hills High School (Ca) and Capistrano Valley Christian School (Ca.). In addition, Brad has been an assistant men’s basketball coach at Colorado College and Portland Bible College. He also served as the Director of Athletics at King’s Way Christian High School in Vancouver, WA.

Mark Moreland - CFO

A veteran business executive with diverse financial and operations background, Mark joined the Shoot 360 team as CFO in September of 2021. As a seasoned Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer Mark has led growth companies ranging in revenue size from $20M to $2.5B.  Mark’s professional experiences have been pivotal in helping grow the Shoot 360 brand. Mark has worked in publicly-held, private equity and private ownership business structures . Mark’s leadership style is rooted in the belief of strong teams, amplified by well-functioning business processes.

Kirk Hendricks - Vice President of Engineering

As one of the original founders of Shoot 360, Kirk has served in numerous roles for the company including Chief Technical Officer and Chief Operations Officer. Currently Kirk oversees all aspects of Shoot 360 engineering and technology. Under Kirk’s leadership Shoot 360 continues to develop the world’s best basketball training technologies and interactive experiences providing members with the most innovative and fun skill development in the game. A lifelong basketball player and fan, Kirk was a decorated collegiate  player at Harding University in Arkansas. 

Bryce Beavers - Senior Project Manager

Bryce has been with Shoot 360 since 2019 as an integral member of the construction team. As a Senior Project Manager, Bryce is involved in logistical planning for all Shoot 360 construction projects. Bryce attended Clark College, Central Washington University, and the Northwest College of Construction where he studied Residential Carpentry. Bryce’s extraordinary work ethic, partnered with his attention to detail has been a key factor in Shoot 360’s continued successful growth and expansion. Bryce is an all-around athlete and was a successful collegiate baseball player at Clark College in Vancouver, WA.  

Adam Jones - Vice President of Brand & Experience

A well-known Marketing and Brand Executive within the sports business industry, Adam joined the Shoot 360 Team in Jan. 2022. Prior to Shoot 360 Adam was the Director of Global Marketing for Adidas. In this role Adam primarily developed integrated marketing communication plans and tools to support adidas global basketball business objectives. Adam’s wealth of knowledge and insight in all aspects of global basketball marketing have been a major factor in Shoot 360’s successful growth and expansion. An accomplished athlete  Adam was a decorated collegiate water polo player at Michigan State University.

Andrea Soler - Project Manager

Andrea joined the Shoot 360 construction team in October of 2022 as a Project Manager heading up logistical planning for Shoot 360 projects in the eastern part of the US. Prior to her work at Shoot 360 Andrea worked for Duke Energy as a Construction project Manager. In addition, Andrea owned and operated Hot Shots Athletics which was a membership based basketball facility. Andrea played collegiate basketball at Indian River State College prior to transferring to Seminole State College where she studied business management.  Andrea comes from a basketball family as her dad has coached basketball at all levels in the state of Florida. Andrea currently resides in Orlando.  

Jason Grant - Chief Technology Officer

Jason began his role with Shoot 360 as Chief Technical Officer in May 2022. A former Senior Vice President of Information Technology at Holland America, Jason brings a wealth of knowledge and experience leading the Shoot 360 tech team. Under Jason’s leadership Shoot 360’s innovative and industry leading technologies continue to shape the world of  basketball skill training. Jason is a lifelong athlete and sports fan and especially enjoys following college baseball and the University of Oregon where his son Gavin plays shortstop for the Ducks.

Luke Moody - General Manager of Shoot 360 Leagues

Luke began his journey in 2012 as one of the original members at Shoot 360 Beaverton. Having been around and involved with the company since its inception, Luke has a unique understanding of all aspects of the business. Luke is a talented designer and has drawn and designed many current Shoot 360 franchise locations. His current role as Brand Manager for the Shoot 360 Marketing team involves him in varying logistical aspects for growing the Shoot 360 name and brand. Luke is a graduate of Washington State University and was an all-state high school basketball player.

Marcos Montas - Director of Franchise Operations & Success

    Marcos has been with Shoot 360 since 2013 and has served in a variety of roles including Coach, Assistant Manager, General Manager and Regional Manager. Marcos’ longevity with the company and extensive knowledge of all things Shoot 360 has been vital in Shoot 360’s successful franchise growth and expansion. Marcos is the company Chief of Staff in facilitating and directing all aspects of new Shoot 360 Franchises.  In addition to being an accomplished basketball athlete and coach, Marcos is also a musician and plays percussion for the popular Conjunto Alegre Latin Band.  

Jason Perkins - Director of Membership Development

   A longtime Director with the Golden State Warriors Basketball Academy and one of the Managers of the Warriors Shoot 360 facility, “Perk” joined the Shoot 360 corporate team on May 1, 2023. Prior to his work at Shoot 360 Warriors Academy, Perk spent 10 years with 24 Hour Fitness including time as the National Director of Youth Basketball. Perk also started Hoopology a youth basketball program in the San Diego area for kids ages 5-17 that is focused on basketball skill development and performance training. Because of Perk’s extensive experiences within the fitness industry, youth basketball, and Shoot 360 operations he will be a key asset in helping all Shoot 360 franchise locations with membership development. A highly accomplished collegiate  basketball player, Perk earned a full scholarship to the University of California Riverside (NCAA Div. 1) where he enjoyed an outstanding four-year career for the Highlanders.

Aulani Sinclair - Franchise Business Consultant

A highly decorated collegiate basketball player at the University of Indiana, Aulani earned all Big 10 honors playing for the Hoosiers. Graduating in 2013 with her degree in Sports Management, Aulani then embarked on a successful professional basketball career in Europe, playing  in Hungary and Spain. Aulani began working part-time for Shoot 360 in 2017 as a skill development coach during her professional off-seasons. Upon her retirement as a pro, Aulani joined the Shoot 360 Team full time. Aulani served as an assistant manager and then general manager at Shoot 360 Indianapolis. In April of 2021, Aulani was promoted to the corporate team as a Franchise Business Consultant. Aulani works  and consults with all Shoot 360 Franchises in the eastern half of the US.    

Kenese Peneueta - Franchise Business Consultant

A former Shoot 360 member, Kenese began working at Shoot 360 Vancouver part time in 2015. Kenese quickly became a full-time skill development coach and learned all aspects of running a Shoot 360 facility. Kenese joined the corporate team in 2020 as a Franchise Business Consultant and now utilizes his knowledge and talents in helping all Shoot 360 franchises. Kenese works and consults with Shoot 360 Franchises in the western half of the US. Kenese comes from an elite family of athletes. Kenese’s father JR played football at the University of Montana, and Kenese’s sister, Katie, plays basketball at North Carolina State University. Kenese played basketball at Portland Bible College along with his brother Keoni, who is also a former Shoot 360 member and skill development coach.

 Willie Bratcher - Franchise Business Consultant:

One of the most well-traveled and experienced Shoot 360 employees, Willie has worked at Vancouver, in Southern California and in Lehi, UT. Willie started as a skill development coach at Shoot 360 Vancouver in 2013 and assumed General Manager duties in 2019. Willie was then hired as a regional manager for the Irvine and Garden Grove Shoot 360 locations in Southern California. Willie spent a couple of years in Southern California before moving to the Salt Lake City area to become General Manager of Shoot 360 Lehi. Willie helped in bringing an exclusive partnership with Shoot 360 Lehi and the Utah Jazz. Willie recently returned to his native Vancouver to join the Shoot 360 corporate team, where he is now sharing his extensive knowledge and experiences with other Shoot 360 franchises in his role as a Franchise Business Consultant. Willie was a successful collegiate player, at both Clark College and Portland Bible College.

Esvan Middleton - Franchise Training Manager:

Esvan started with Shoot 360 in 2015 as a skill development coach in Beaverton. Esvan learned all aspects of Shoot 360 and was promoted to Assistant Manager and then to General Manager. Esvan’s work ethic and strong leadership skills allowed him to be elevated to a regional manager position. Because of his comprehensive Shoot 360 operations knowledge, Esvan was recently promoted to the corporate team as a Franchise Training Manager. Esvan is now involved with all aspects of training support for Shoot 360 franchise locations. Originally from Culver City, Ca. Esvan was recruited to play basketball at Concordia University in Portland. A highly accomplished collegiate player, Esvan earned both All-Conference and All-American honors during his playing days as a CU Cavalier.

Mariah Ladd - Franchise Marketing Manager

  Mariah Ladd joined the Shoot 360 team in October of 2023 and is a seasoned professional in the tech marketing industry with over a decade of experience. Prior to her work at Shoot 360, Mariah spent time working for different Fortune 500 companies. Mariah holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from California Lutheran University, where she excelled academically and athletically as part of the CLU women's basketball team. Basketball has been an integral part of Mariah's life from a young age. She has translated this love for basketball into coaching, empowering and encouraging female players at various levels.. Through her marketing experience, dedication to education, and love for basketball, Mariah continues to make a significant impact both in her professional career and the lives of those she mentors on and off the court.

Rachel Lowenthal - Transaction Coordinator 

Rachel joined the Shoot 360 Business Development Team in Jan. 2024 in the important role of Transaction Coordinator. Rachel is the point person for working directly with both current franchise prospects as well as current franchisees on a variety of documents including Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), Franchise Agreement (FA), and Invoices.  Prior to Shoot 360 Rachel spent 17 years working in the Mortgage Industry. Rachel worked as a licensed loan officer assistant as well as an assistant in escrow title insurance. Originally from the Portland, Oregon area Rachel has been a key addition to the Shoot 360 team. Rachel states “I love being a part of the Shoot 360 team and helping my business development colleagues with ideas and ways that I never thought possible.” In her spare time Rachel enjoys riding and spending time with her adopted horses.

Bill Flanagan - Manager of Installation Operations

Bill began his role with Shoot 360 in January 2024 as Manager of Installation Operations. Bill had previously worked as a sub-contractor building custom cabinets for several Shoot 360 locations. Bill owned and operated his own custom cabinet shop for 41 years in Vancouver, WA. In addition, to being a basketball fan, Bill is a longtime soccer athlete and coach. Bill owned and operated the Vancouver Indoor Soccer Center for eight years. Bill’s son Will played soccer at the University of Washington and was part of the US National Team pool.

Cambria Roland - Technology Operations Manager

Cambria began her role with Shoot 360 in October 2023 as Tech Ops Manager.  Cambria brings a diverse background with a variety of experiences in both technology and sports business. As the Project Manager for Twitter Global Business Marketing, Cambria worked on the Tokyo Olympics, as well as with the NFL and the NBA. In addition, Cambria led the product team that developed the Sesame Street App called Homer, a learning platform for kids.  Cambria is the oldest of four sisters and was born in Oregon, grew up in Southern California and participated in both basketball and ballet. Cambria currently resides in Charlotte, NC and enjoys spending time with her family and listening to live music.

Bryce White - Shoot 360 Leagues Comissioner

Bryce White joined the Shoot 360 team in 2023 and brings a distinguished background in sports management and basketball operations. A former Division 1 player at Portland State, he transitioned into a multifaceted career that includes running a sports agency, and serving as a Graduate Assistant Coach and Assistant Video Coordinator at the University of Oregon under Dana Altman—where he contributed to two Pac-12 championships—and supporting major sports marketing events at Nike. With a Masters in Advertising and Brand Responsibility, Bryce applies his deep understanding of sports dynamics and marketing strategies as Commissioner of Shoot 360 Leagues, driving innovation and community engagement within the basketball world.
